By car:

• From the south: Leave A9 München-Nürnberg at exit Garching Süd and follow B 471 in direction to Garching. At the next crossing turn left into Münchener Straße and follow the street. You are entering Garching. After Gasthof Neuwirt turn right into Bürgermeister-Amon-Straße. The Hotel am Park is located on the left street side.
  
  
• From the north: Leave A9 Nürnberg-München at exit Garching Nord in direction to Garching. At the next crossing turn rightinto Freisinger Landstraße. Follow the street and leave the traffic circle at the first exit. You are entering Garching. On the fourth traffic light turn left into Bürgermeister-Amon-Straße. The Hotel am Park is located on the left street side.
  
  

By train:

• Take the S-Bahn (all lines) from the main station to the station Marienplatz. Change to U-Bahn U6 in direction to Garching-Forschungszentrum. Enter the first wagon and drive to the station Garching. Use the exit at the front side in driving direction of the underground. On the surface you are standing in front of the Hotel am Park.
  
  

By airplane:

• Take the S-Bahn S8 in direction to Buchenau from the airport to the station Ismaning. Change to bus 230 in direction to Garching-Forschungszentrum and leave at station Garching. You are standing in front of the hotel. On Saturdays and Sundays the bus 230 is not driving. Instead you can order a call taxi ("Ruftaxi") which is driving only one time per hour.
